Aggregate Belt Conveyor 5,500lb Gearbox Replacement

Exact Industrial responded to a breakdown situation call on this project. We were required to respond quickly and work around production schedules to get this conveyor back to full production. One of the main drive gearboxes had failed. We were required to get this 5500lb gearbox off of the tower using rigging, skates and a mobile crane. We mounted exciting couplings on new gearbox on the ground. We then hoisted, skated and transferred the new gearbox into position. A final laser alignment was completed from gearbox to roll, and motor to gearbox to finish the project.
