Branden, a third-generation Millwright, brings over 15 years of extensive trade experience to Exact Industrial. Holding distinguished trade designations as both a Millwright and an Operating Engineer, he embarked on his journey from setting up job boxes, progressively advancing into roles involving estimating and project management. Today, as a co-founder and owner of Exact Industrial, Branden leads with a wealth of hands-on expertise.
Beyond the realm of industry, Branden finds fulfillment in family life with his wife, two children, and loyal German Shepherd. A dedicated Blue Jays enthusiast, he shares his passion for baseball with his kids. Branden extends his interests to sports, including playing rugby, trying his hand at gardening, exploring new destinations through travel, and showcasing his culinary skills when cooking for his family.

MANAGING PARTNER
Jeff stands as one of the co-founders and proprietors of Exact Industrial Ltd. With a rich background spanning 15 years in the Fabrication and Millwright trades, Jeff holds certifications as a Millwright and a Red Seal Certified Mobile Crane Operator, specializing in 0-15 Ton machinery. His commitment to customer satisfaction and unwavering dedication to quality workmanship shine through in every task, all executed with a paramount focus on safety.
Residing in the town of Ayr with his wife Christy and their two sons, Beau and Caleb, along with their daughter Emersyn, Jeff is at the heart of both his family and the company.
In his leisure moments, Jeff finds joy in camping with his family and enthusiastically supports his kids in their pursuits of hockey and baseball. Beyond the sidelines, he is an active participant, engaging in these sports himself. Jeff's multifaceted life mirrors the ethos of Exact Industrial—rooted in family values, dedicated to excellence, and committed to safety.

MANAGING PARTNER
Tanner Wills, a certified Red Seal Iron Worker with an impressive 14-year tenure, now proudly serves as a co-founder and owner of Exact Industrial. Before assuming this pivotal role, Tanner garnered extensive experience in estimating and managing diverse industrial projects, overseeing maintenance work, shutdown activities, and responding to emergency service calls throughout South Western Ontario.
Known for his lively and gregarious nature, Tanner's strong suit lies in cultivating meaningful customer relationships—a true passion that sets him apart. Beyond his professional pursuits, he dedicates time to his family, wife Dana, and two children. Together, they actively engage in tending to their family farm, embarking on water adventures in Northern Ontario, and indulging in pursuits such as hunting and mountain biking. Tanner's dynamic personality not only shines in his professional achievements but also in his vibrant and adventurous personal life, where his commitment to fostering lasting customer connections remains a constant driving force.
