Exact Industrial was contacted in a Breakdown situation on this job. Our customers 2500 Ton Bliss Press was having issues with the slide returning properly. With some investigation we were able to determine that the counterbalance cylinder seals had been compromised. Exact was able to respond with all of the tools and equipment to get the cylinders out, dismantled and repaired as soon as possible. The cylinders were in need of some repairs and the pistons were outfitted with some new seal kits! Back to production!
